The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection presents the Gracie’s Farm Dinner Series, an intimate collection of seasonal chef-led dining experiences set against the Wasatch Mountains. The series highlights peak-harvest ingredients grown at Gracie’s Farm and reflects the natural rhythm of the land from early spring vegetables through summer harvest and into the season’s final preserves and fermentation. The 2026 series features seasonal dinners, guest chef collaborations, harvest dinners, and a seasonal finale.
