The East Canyon Marathon has four distances. Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K.
The Full Marathon starts overlooking Salt Lake City at the Big Mountain Pass at the top of Emigration Canyon and heads East.
This course follows along pine trees, aspens and follows several miles along the East Canyon Reservoir.
The Full joins Half Marathon about 3/4 around East Canyon Reservoir where the Half Marathons starts and then heads down Red Rock Canyon which has great views and landscapes and unique rock formations.

4:30AM - Load Buses for Full Marathon @ Morgan County Fairgrounds - 750 East Como Springs Rd Morgan Utah
6:00AM - Load Buses for Half Marathon @ Morgan County Fairgrounds - 750 East Como Springs Rd Morgan Utah
6:00AM - Start Full Marathon @ Big Mountain Pass - Bus Only unless with permission. No ride back to start if you drive yourself there.
7:30AM - Start Half Marathon @ Near East Canyon Dam - Bus Only!!
9:00AM - Start 10K/5K @ Morgan County Fairgrounds - 750 East Como Springs Rd Morgan Utah
9:30AM - Awards Ceremony @ Morgan County Fairgrounds - 750 East Como Springs Rd Morgan Utah
1:00PM - Sweep Course - If you cannot complete the Full in 7 Hours or Half 5.5 Hours you must complete it without support on course. Finish line is the last thing we load at finish area. If you will not be able to complete it shortly after the 7 Hour Marathon you may be swept.
