    The Ogden Nature Center has teamed up with the Weber County RAMP committee to offer free, fun activities for the community. Create a nature collage, enjoy a guided hike, make a birdfeeder, paint plein-air, learn about native birds and much more. A variety of nature-themed activities will be offered every Saturday at two time periods: 9:30-11:00am and 1:00pm-2:30pm. The activity groups will be formed on a first-come, first-serve basis, with groups capping off at 25 participants. Discovery Trail Packs Hit the trails at the Ogden Nature Center with one of our fun-filled discovery packs. Designed to make your visit to the Nature Center more interesting and educational, the backpacks were donated by REI and filled with games, toys, books and other materials to help you and your children learn about subjects like tracks & scat, insects & spiders, ponds, birds and plants. The Discovery Pack Program is free with regular Nature Center admission and is recommended for families with children ages 4-12. To check out a backpack, ask our visitor services staff in the Visitor Center.
