Painting the Western Landscape - An Oil Painting Workshop

Let the romance of a desert breeze whisper a story that you can capture on canvas and take with you. This combination studio and
plein air painting workshop (attendance limited to 12) will emphasize composition, abstraction, and simplification of detail in a complex desert landscape. By painting on site, using photographic reference material and a simplified color palette, participants will experience the beauty of the western landscape up close.
